Alex, an API 653 inspector, welding inspector and experienced in on site API-650/API 653 Tank Erection and Repair Inspection for compliance with API-650/653 including drawing, designing and testing requirements which includes Ultrasonic Thickness Inspection, Internal/ External Tank Inspection (In Service And Out Of Service).

He has experience in providing tank repair recommendations after API-653 inspection completion, working with and consulting clients, utilizing API 650/653 code requirements and ASME 3rd Party Q.C. satisfying requirements for the authorizing

inspection agency.   He assists clients with ASME “R” Stamp initial certification and renewals, which includes welding requirements, drawings, quality control ASME code specification adherence, fabrication of a demonstration of plate/nozzle to a full tank fabrication during audit to meet state and federal requirements.  

 

Alex provides clients with Heat Exchanger Design /Drafting, Sales Application Engineering and is an ASME Certified Individual, which includes inspection of Heat Exchanger In Process and Final Inspection for Welding Compliance, including WPS review, drawing review, testing requirements and compliance per ASME Section V with all requirements acceptable to the authorized inspection agency
